President
Justin founded Paragon Search Group back in 2004 and has personally recruited and placed over 200 Biotech professionals in his career. He now manages a team of Biotech Recruiters who specialize in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Banking and Finance, Mining and Engineering
JIM PATERSON
Sr. Director: Recruiting (Mining Division)
Jim joined Paragon Search Group in 2017 after a career as a team-builder and top producer for a national executive search firm out of Chicago. Jim is a natural leader that has built new divisions from the ground up. He will focus on technical, scientific, engineering, and management positions while also training our junior recruiters.
EDDIE HILLS
Sr Director: Recruiting (Biotech Division)
Eddie was one of the first employees at Paragon Search Group and has returned after two years working for Celere Talent (a sister company to Paragon Search Group). Eddie specializes in Process Development, CMC/Reg Affairs, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Quality.
Blaine Butcher
Sr. Director: Recruiting (Banking and Finance Division)
Blaine has over 19 years in the banking industry with 5 years specifically focused on recruiting. He joined the Team at Paragon Search Group in 2016 to head up their efforts within the banking sector. Blaine focuses on Commercial Banking, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency but has a passion for all areas in finance and banking.

Hannah started at Paragon Search group in 2017 after managing processing departments. Hannah specializes in Marketing, Project/Program Management, Process Development, Manufacturing, QC, and CMC/Reg Affairs.
